Easy Returns

Changed your mind? That's OK

We wish you could all come and visit us instore, but until then, we have made returns as easy as possible for you. 

If you are not over the moon with your new purchase, if you change your mind or the sizing isn't quite right, that's no problem. We have already included the returns form, so all you need to do is contact us on hello@apres-she.com.au or call 02 6457 2221 to get a returns authorisation.  Make sure it is within 7 days of receiving your purchase or we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. But, if you are like us, you have opened that parcel and are trying on your new clothes before the postman is down the driveway, so that should be no problem, right?

 

How do I return?

1. Contact us on hello@apres-she.com.au or call 02 6457 2221 within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Complete the returns form provided and post back to us at Après-She, Shop 11, Nuggets Crossing, Jindabyne, NSW 2627
3. The return postage is paid by you.  Après-She will pay for the postage to you if a replacement product is required
4. Once the returned products have been received back in store and a refund or exchange has been approved according to the Returns Conditions below, you will be notified by email
5. Refunds will be processed minus the cost of freight, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days

 

Returns Conditions

• Please contact us within 7 days of getting your parcel
• As you would expect, we can only accept items returned in their original condition.  
• We know you understand that all items must be clean, unworn or unused, unwashed, and have all original ticketing and labelling still attached to the item.
• Thank you for only returning items that are undamaged, in the original packaging and have protective seals intact
• We do not accept returns on sale items. Our sale items are such a bargain that the purchase of items on sale is final with no refunds, exchanges or credits.
