Orders can be can be tracked within Australia, via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.
All orders will be processed on normal business days Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Returns and Exchanges
Apres She is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your online purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please make contact with Apres She via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (02) 64572221 within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If you make contact outside this time we can not guarantee a refund or exchange.
- We can only accept garments returned in their original condition. The garments must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and have all ticketing and labelling still attached to the item.
- Please return the item in the original package, complete the returns form provided and use the return label supplied for your convenience.
- Proof of purchase must be provided when returning your purchase.
- The return postage is your responsibility. Apres She will pay for the postage to you if a replacement product is required.
- Once the returned products have been received back in store and a refund or exchange has been approved, you will be notified by email.
- If you require a refund it will be processed minus the cost of freight, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
- SALE items will not be refunded and only exchanged if possible.
